Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation does not only sound unpleasant, it is also unpleasant, for you as well as for us. We therefore ask for your understanding that in the event of short-term cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 80% of the booked apartment price will be charged.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the apartment price will be charged in full.

Payment methods:
From 1 July 2020, it will no longer be permitted to pay amounts of more than 4.999,99€ with cash in Italy. However, the following means of payment are permitted: ATM card, credit card and non-transferable cheque.
