The prices are per night and apartment, whereby the occupancy also plays a role.

Child reductions:

• 0-3 years: Free
• 4-8 years: -50%
• 9-12 years: -30%

For all guests above the age of 14, there is a local tourist tax in the amount of 2,30€ per person per night.

To make your reservation binding, we ask for a deposit of 100€ which will be charged at the end of your stay.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation does not only sound unpleasant, it is also unpleasant, for you as well as for us. We therefore ask for your understanding that in the event of short-term cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 80% of the booked apartment price will be charged.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the apartment price will be charged in full.

Payment methods:
From 1 July 2020, it will no longer be permitted to pay amounts of more than 4.999,99€ with cash in Italy. However, the following means of payment are permitted: ATM card, credit card and non-transferable cheque.

Check-in / Check-out: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or in the apartments.

Dogs are allowed to accompany you on your holiday. We charge 12,00€ per day without food. However, your four-legged friends are not allowed in the lounge and breakfast room or in the sauna area.
